This Privacy Policy covers Personal information that would allow individual identification of Visitors, Trial Software Users or Customers (You, Your) of Buesser Engineering (We, Us, Our). Personal information is any data that can be used to determine your identity. Information that cannot be directly associated with your real identity (such as web pages visited, or aggregated user data is not considered personal.

This privacy policy applies only to the www.simapp.com website owned and operated by Buesser Engineering. We may have links to other sites on our website. We do not control nor take responsibility for these sites. They may operate under different privacy policies of their own.

Customers – You may receive newsletters and announcements by email. You can opt out from receiving email messages from us at any time. We typically keep email communications to no more than once a month unless there is a special need to make an announcement.

If you supply us with your postal address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers will NOT receive promotional telephone calls or offers. We may contact you for other business uses. For example: customer support, order processing, or to ask about product and service improvements.

Upon request by email, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in communications that you have directed to the site.
